台北假日飯11月16日起引進北美洲波士頓龍蝦，台北假日飯店行政副主廚洪福龍師傅表示，因為波士頓龍蝦肉質鮮美Q彈，最佳的烹煮方式是以清蒸或煮湯的方式來烹調，最不失美味。

為了滿足廣大食客的口味，該飯店Sam`s Cafe`無國界自助餐廳，以及悅港式茶餐廳共推出了五種道地港式料理方式，清蒸、蒜蓉蒸、鼓汁蒸、XO醬爆炒、港式薑蔥熱炒，五種烹調方法是老饕們品嘗美食的機會。
