重度嗜辣者有福了！位居美食一級戰區延吉街內，禎記館賣的就是讓你吃了會上癮的麻辣麵食。

網友首推「麻辣鍋底麵」，鍋底以23種中藥調配，再和炒香的材料一起熬煮，約莫7個小時才大功告成。花椒香不斷竄進鼻腔，加上豐富的好料，儼然是縮小版的一人獨享麻辣鍋。不吃辣的人，可以試試招牌「亂七八糟麵」，Q彈的關廟麵，上蛋花和肉片，簡單的滋味，卻蘊含著濃濃的人情味。
